HIIT High-intensity Interval Training
This 30-minute HIIT class is designed to help move, sweat, and feel great-without feeling overwhelmed. You’ll go through short bursts of simple, effective exercises followed by plenty of time to catch your breath and reset.
The focus is on building strength, boosting energy, and improving overall fitness at your own pace. Options are always offered, so whether you’re just getting started or looking for a light, efficient workout, you’ll feel comfortable and supported every step of the way.
