Classes – September 2021

We offer a number of classes for various skill levels at a time to suit you.

There will be no classes held on Monday September 6th in observance of Labor Day.

New Class in September – 5 Basics of Strength Training
– Squats
– Deadlifts
– Bench press
– Overhead press
– Bent over rows
These five lifts are the foundations for all other lifts (exercises). We will learn how to use proper form and how to properly gain strength. Once you learn the basics, the possibilities grow!

We now offer a class pass. It’s 10 classes for $60 and does not expire.

All Classes have been added back along with new ones.

Jet Fitness 24/7 now offers Child Care for hours and costs.

All classes are now 45 minutes.
