I realized about 5 years ago that I needed to make a healthier change to my life so I hired a personal trainer to help me. Ever since, I’ve been addicted to fitness and learned a lot about how to utilize exercise and nutrition to not only change your body physically, but to feel better about your overall lifestyle. I figured if I could do it, anyone could, so I decided to help teach people what it takes. Jet Fitness is an awesome facility along with a great sense of family and I’m excited to move forward and help people change their lives!
Health and fitness weren’t always priorities for me. I used to eat fast food all the time, lay on the couch for hours, and sleep until 12pm every day. When I started exercising my senior year of high school, I realized why I wasn’t motivated to do anything in the past: my body and mind weren’t happy. Exercising and eating a healthy diet gave me so much energy, made me WANT to wake up early to get the day started, and strive to be better every single day both physically AND mentally. Sharing my love for fitness and helping people be the best version of themselves is what I live for. I changed my life after making my health a priority, so I want to do the same for others. I’m so blessed to be a part of the Jet Fitness family and put my personal training background to great use!
