I realized about 5 years ago that I needed to make a healthier change to my life so I hired a personal trainer to help me. Ever since, I’ve been addicted to fitness and learned a lot about how to utilize exercise and nutrition to not only change your body physically, but to feel better about your overall lifestyle. I figured if I could do it, anyone could, so I decided to help teach people what it takes. Meredith McDaniel

Hello! I’m Meredith McDaniel, a NC native and Appalachian State University graduate. I am a former teacher and sports coach with a deep passion for movement and nutrition. As a trainer, I aim to utilize progressive strength training and intentional movement to help my clients achieve a stronger body and mind! I am a coach who values your feedback throughout our sessions but will also present you with new challenges. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, but I am a lifelong learner – I will always be working to elevate myself and search for new ways to help you move more efficiently and level up your training. Nothing lights me up more than challenging myself through my own training, training clients and watching people absolutely crush their goals.
